Alternative to Incarceration

With nearly 90 years of research-based and proven effective programs, Boys Town provides rehabilitation as one of the most cost-effective alternatives to incarceration.

Currently, we serve over 550 youth, ages 10 through 17, daily, in a system of care ranging from a 24-hour locked intensive residential treatment center to family-style residential care homes. We help kids by taking them out of juvenile detention centers and putting them into a community that cares about their success in life.

Boys Town is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and the Council on Accreditation (COA). America's Promise Alliance selected Boys Town as one of the 100 Best Communities for Young People.
